Karalyn has helped people at all levels within the public and private sector. Her clients include Accountants, Nurses, Marketers, Train Drivers, Ophthalmologists, Dermatologists, Public Affairs Managers, Graduates, Project Managers, IT Specialists, Teachers, Lawyers, Journalists, Salespeople, Builders, Aborists, PAs and EAs.

Karalyn regularly talks jobs on ABC radio on Tony Delroy's Nightlife. She regularly writes for the Australian and for www.careerone.com.au on career issues. She has also written extensively on the recruitment industry for Recruitment Extra and been commission to write on a variety of people topics for Management Today, the Sydney Morning Herald and Human Resources Magazine. Her job searching tips feature on the employment website www.byron.com.au.

In her private life Karalyn enjoys reading, writing, politics and volunteering her time to help refugees find jobs.

James Evangelidis

James has over 10 years experience as a talent search specialist. Currently partnered with Karalyn Brown in running outplacement provider myEnvoy, James is also Principal Consultant with Envoy Professional Search (www.envoysearch.com.au) - a boutique consultancy specialising in the search and placement of senior professionals in the fields of Information Technology, Accounting and Law.

James has consulted to many large and small enterprises including PricewaterhouseCoopers, Thomson-Reuters, Ernst & Young, Macquarie Bank, Grant Thornton and News Limited. James also has expertise in business development and marketing in assisting clients win new business from organisations such as ING, St George, CBA and AMP.

James enjoys spending time with family, Church, reading and generally trying to help people who need help.
